GotSneakers provides FREE return shipping with FedEx for all sneaker recycling partners in the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not service Hawaii and Alaska. Please carefully read our shipping instructions for detailed information on how to ship your sneaker recycling bag(s) to GotSneakers. Below are a few convenient options to ship with FedEx:

  • Drop off your bag(s) at any nearby FedEx store. 
  • Schedule a pickup by phone with FedEx customer service at 1-800-463-3339.
  • Give your bag(s) to your FedEx driver if you have a regular daily or weekly pickup.

All return shipping to GotSneakers is 100% FREE if you follow the required guidelines provided in our shipping instructions. Every GotSneakers recycling bag includes a prepaid and pre-labeled FedEx shipping label, which includes a unique Account ID that is essential for tracking and reporting. All footwear will ONLY be compensated if it is shipped within GotSneakers’ provided recycling bags. GotSneakers will NOT accept any footwear shipped in other types of packaging supplies including but not limited to boxes of any kind. GotSneakers works with all major carriers for outbound shipping of starter kits and recycling bags to our partners. However, all return shipping of bags to GotSneakers is currently serviced by FedEx. Please carefully read our shipping instructions for detailed information on shipping.

All starter kits are typically processed within 48 hours. In most cases, starter kits are delivered within 10-14 days after registering a new account. However, we cannot control any unexpected delays that may occur with USPS due to unknown circumstances, such as weather.

We kindly ask our partners to fill each bag(s) to maximum capacity before shipping. Each bag holds approximately 10-12 pair of adult size sneakers. Please make sure the adhesive is fully secured to prevent the possibility of sneakers falling out during transport. In some cases, we recommend using extra tape to secure the top of the bag. You will receive an email notification once your bag(s) is delivered to let you know we have received your bag(s) at one of our facilities. Please carefully read our shipping instructions for detailed information on shipping.

If you are in possession of a bag(s) with a damaged shipping label that is either illegible or will not be accepted by FedEx, please do NOT use the bag(s). Please send us an email and our support team will assist you further. We will either email you a new shipping label to place over the damaged label or send you a new bag(s) with new shipping labels.

If you are in possession of a bag(s) without a shipping label, please send us an email and our support team will assist you further. We will either email you a new shipping label to place on the bag(s) or send you a new bag(s) with new shipping labels. No. We do not reimburse for shipments that are shipped without a pre-paid GotSneakers shipping label. If you mistakenly choose to ship your bag(s) without a pre-paid shipping label supplied by GotSneakers, unfortunately, you will be required to incur that cost. No. All footwear will ONLY be compensated if it is shipped within GotSneakers’ provided sneaker recycling bags. We will NOT accept any footwear shipped in other types of packaging supplies including but not limited to boxes of any kind. Due to an influx of inbound inquiries received daily and our customer service philosophy of responding to these inquiries in a timely manner, we are no longer offering the option to coordinate shipments on behalf of our partners. FedEx is well positioned to serve our partners with thousands of drop-off locations and access points in the U.S., and their customer service team is standing by willing and able to help by phone. We recommend using one of FedEx’s convenient shipping options below to coordinate your shipment.

Each bag holds approximately 10-12 pair of adult size sneakers.

We recommend waiting to ship your bag(s) until you have a full bag(s) of sneakers. However, there is no penalty for shipping less than 10-12 pair of sneakers.
