All new registrations are typically processed within 48 hours and a starter kit with 1, 2, or 5 recycling bags will be shipped via USPS to the shipping address provided at the time of registration. The number of recycling bags provided in the starter kit will depend on the Collection Goal provided in the signup form. In most cases, starter kits are delivered within 10-14 days after registering a new account. However, we cannot control any unexpected delays that may occur with USPS due to unknown circumstances, such as weather.

No. You do not need to cancel your account if you are done collecting sneakers. If you have unused bags from your sneaker recycling campaign, we recommend holding onto them until you are ready to use them again in the future. The shipping label on the bag typically remains active for 18-24 months. If you have unused bags but do not intend on using the bags at any point in the future, then we recommend writing the word “VOID” on the shipping label, removing the label from the bag(s) and discarding the label, then recycling the poly mailer(s) with a local recycling organization. You can also send us an email with the tracking numbers of the unused shipping labels and our support team will go ahead and void the labels.
