Shipping Instructions

GotSneakers provides FREE shipping services with FedEx and UPS for all of our Sneaker Recycling Partners in the U.S. Your shipping label on each bag will determine which delivery service company to use for your shipments. Please see images below for reference.

We kindly ask you to fill your bags to maximum capacity before shipping. Please DO NOT ship any unused bags to GotSneakers. If you are finished collecting, please either keep your bags for future collections or simply insert any unused bags into your final shipment of sneakers.

Please carefully read the instructions below to ensure your shipping experience is convenient and FREE!

Give to your FedEx or UPS Driver

Give your bags to your FedEx or UPS driver if you have a regular daily or weekly pickup.

Drop off at any FedEx or UPS Store

Schedule a Pickup by Phone

Contact GotSneakers’ Shipping Department

If you have a minimum of five (5) full bags ready to ship, you can email us at
ship@gotsneakers.com and our shipping team will schedule the shipment for you.

Please provide the following information in your email to ensure your experience is easy and convenient:

  • Pickup Date (No Sundays)
  • Phone Number
  • Pickup Time (2-hour window required)
  • Email Address
  • Street Address (No PO Boxes)
  • Total Bags
  • Specific Location (i.e. office, front door)
