Your sneaker recycling bag(s) with pre-paid FedEx return shipping labels will ship within 48 hours. Packages typically arrive within 10-14 days. If you do not receive your bag(s) within 14 days, please send us an email so our support team can track your shipment.

Each sneaker recycling bag holds approximately 12 pair of adult size sneakers. If you are filling up your bag(s) with kids sneakers, you should be able to fit a few more pair. We love seeing fully packed bags. Please make sure your bag(s) is tightly sealed to ensure the bag(s) arrives to our facility fully intact.
