What should I do if the return shipping label on my bag is damaged?

If you are in possession of a bag(s) with a damaged shipping label that is either illegible or will not be accepted by FedEx, please do NOT use the bag(s). Please send us an email and our support team will assist you further. We will either email you a new shipping label to place over the damaged label or send you a new bag(s) with new shipping labels.
